At Boss Bargain Buys, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make things right.

Our Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all items. If you wish to return a product, please ensure it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the date you received it.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us — Email us at bossbargainbuys@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorisation — Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Send Your Return — Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked postal service. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
  4. Refund Processed — Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened fragrance products
  • Opened vitamins and supplements
  • Swimwear and underwear (unless unopened in original packaging)
  • Personalised or custom items

Return Postage Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
