Shipping Policy

At Boss Bargain Buys, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options.

UK Delivery

We deliver to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and sale events.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being received. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a further notification when your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

For tracked orders, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order using our Order Tracker page.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, they may be delivered in separate parcels and at different times. Don't worry — you'll receive tracking details for each parcel.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not home when a delivery is attempted, your courier will usually leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot or Post Office.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you're still concerned, please contact us and we'll investigate on your behalf.
