How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your chosen items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes, but you can return items once received.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but many of our products come beautifully packaged and make wonderful gifts just as they are!

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 working days. Some items may have longer lead times, which will be noted on the product page. We'll always keep you updated on your order status.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We regularly offer free delivery promotions, so keep an eye on our store for the latest deals.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently we primarily serve customers within the United Kingdom. Please contact us if you're based outside the UK and we'll do our best to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry if this has happened! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and we'll resolve this for you promptly.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

We're currently an online-only retailer, which allows us to keep our costs low and pass the savings on to you.
